MedViz & EG VCBM - final remarks
The joint MedViz & EG VCBM event took place in Bergen, Norway, from Sept. 7-9, and we are looking back at great days with many interesting presentations (full and short papers, posters, abstracts, and invited talks) and related discussions. About 145 participants from medicine as well as from enabling technologies transformed the conference into a vivid and inspiring meeting.
With this last post we not only thank all contributors for making this event so enjoyable, but also provide a bit of a posteriori information:
With thanks and best wishes,
the MedViz & VCBM organizing team.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Today, we bring three exciting news for you:
[1.] Earlier, we already introduced a new Short Papers program to VCBM - now, we got the confirmation that the 2016 VCBM Short Papers will be published in the Eurographics Digital Library, together with the full papers.
[2.] Scientifically, your submissions will make a nice program! Financially, we are glad that the Norwegian Research Council decided to support VCBM 2016 with a helpful conference support grant - thank you, NFR, for this support!
[3.] Last week, we have invited the members of the IPC (International Program Committee) and we expect to publish the full list in January. Also a first Call for Papers will come out soon.
Stay tuned for more news and enjoy your Christmas days!
With all the best wishes for 2016, the MedViz & VCBM organizational team.
